Collaboration Server Status

The collaboration server is currently NOT online.

The Ancestral Quest Collaboration service is currently undergoing maintenance and is temporarily unavailable. Collaboration features cannot be used at this time.

Estimated return to service: July 22, 2026 (Possibly earlier, so check back occasionally.)

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we restore the service.

Important: If you checked a collaboration file in or out at any time after the early morning of Sunday, July 12, 2026, your local data is safe, but we need to provide you with a brief procedure before you use the Collaboration service again.

If this applies to you, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ancquest.com. Note that we are attempting to send this information via email, but the contact information we have for some users may no longer be current.

If you have not checked a Collaboration file in or out since the morning of July 12, no action is required other than waiting for the Collaboration service to return to normal operation.
